All sides of Aikido

The Russian Aikido Federation presents film “All sides of Aikido”. The film is a tutorial to prepare oneself to the 6th and 5th Kuy Grading test.
The film was produced under the leadership of Egorov Nikolay Nikolaevich, President of the Russian Aikido Federation (5th Dan Aikido Aikikai).


Film contents:
1. Basic technique.
Warm-up.
Preparatory exercises.
Movement technique.
Basic exercises with a partner.
2. The 5th and 6th Kuy Grading test program.
3. Recommended techniques for the 5th and 6th Kuy.
4. Dynamic performance and applied use of basic techniques.

“All sides of Aikido. Part 2 ”. The film is a tutorial to prepare oneself to the 4th and 3rd Kuy Grading test.
The film was produced under the leadership of Egorov Nikolay Nikolaevich, President of the Russian Aikido Federation (5th Dan Aikido Aikikai).

Film contents:
1. Techniques added to the 5th and 6th Kuy Grading test program.
2. The 4th and 3rd Kuy Grading test program.
3. Applied use of Aikido techniques.

CD “Aikido encyclopedia” as a present!

CD “Aikido encyclopedia” is a huge amount of information about history, philosophy and features of Aikido. Aikido encyclopedia is an extensive coverage of matters of basic preparation and Grading test programs for the 6th and 5th Kuy containing hundreds of videos and photos!
